Cancellation on Website by Customer
A customer can cancel an order anytime up to the time the order has been dispatched by calling our Customer Care. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled.
If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction that violates the Terms & Conditions of using the Website, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel such orders with or without any notification to the customer. We may maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and deny them access to the Website or cancel any orders placed by them.
Returns
Since we deal in Ayurvedic and wellness products, Macromarts follows a strict No-Return / No-Exchange Policy.
However, returns or exchanges will be allowed only in the following cases:
• The product is damaged
• The product is empty
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing item in the order
To raise a return/exchange request, customers must provide:
• An unboxing video
• A packaging defect video
• Clear photos of the damaged / wrong / missing product

Please do not send the product back without approval and always share your Order ID/Invoice Number for faster resolution.
Refunds
• If the order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
• In case of approved damaged/wrong product returns, once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
• If approved, the refund will be credited within 7–10 working days.
Note: Some banks may take additional time for the amount to reflect.

Shipping for Approved Returns
Once approved by our support team, return shipping instructions will be shared with you.
If the product is confirmed as damaged/wrong/missing by our team, Macromarts will bear the return shipping cost.
